How can I pay?

Ninefoot® Island Casuals has many accessible possibilities to pay online. You can pay of course with credit cards such as American Express, Visa and MasterCard but also by means of local transfers, one-time authorisations, IDEAL and internet banking.

How fast can you deliver?

Orders placed in the Netherlands normally will be delivered within 5-7 working days. For other countries 10 working days. The duration is meant as an indication and cannot be seen as an actual deadline. However, we promise that the final delivery period will never exceed the specified delivery period by more than seven days except in case of force majeure.

What about your returning policy?

If one of the products of Ninefoot® Island Casuals fails to meet the consumer's expectation reason not withstanding, he or she may return the item. The customer is at liberty to opt for a new product of his or hers choice or get a refund of the purchase price of the respective product. The return policy is effective for no less than one month after delivery and for the Dutch inhabitants free of charge.
